Hi! I am Dr. Caren Drezner. I have over 26 years of experience as a leader and advocate in Early Childhood Education; mentoring, supporting, and coaching diverse communities of teachers, directors, and families. I am passionate about children's learning through play, and am dedicated to ensuring children meet developmental learning objectives using thoughtful, intentional, play-based strategies. Through my experience as a director of ECE programs, my education, and research, I have designed professional development programs for early childhood professionals that build confidence in designing engaging play-based learning environments for children, while providing authentic experiences that support children's development of important life skills. I have been an early childhood teacher, director, professor, and coach, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with new professionals in the field.
